General Practice Roffa stands for personal and quality attention. It is important to me that I have been able to help you well and that you are satisfied with the care given. Despite these good intentions and efforts, it is possible that you experience that you expectations have not been met. If you are not satisfied, I invite you to discuss these topics with me in person. Usually this resolves many issues.

If we do not come to a satisfactory solution together, you can submit a written complaint to the independent complaints committee of the SKGE. There are no costs involved for you.
